User Agreement — StikSee

Subject of the agreement

StikSee provides tools for creating photos and photo sets, processing uploaded images, storing results, and managing a token balance.

Rights to source materials

The user confirms that they have the right to upload and use the submitted images, faces, products, objects, brands, and other materials.

Processing results

Finished images are generated algorithmically and may differ from expectations in details, pose, clothing, background, color, or similarity. Use high-quality source images for better results.

Restrictions

The service may not be used for illegal purposes, infringement of third-party rights, misleading materials, harmful content, or images without the required consent.

Service changes

Features, plans, launch costs, and available scenarios may be updated. The current cost is shown before processing starts.
